Avocado Garlic Sauce
1 avocado, ripe, peeled, and pitted
1 small garlic clove, peeled
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (½ lemon)
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
sea salt and pepper, to taste
- In a food processor, add basil and garlic. Blend to a fine consistency.
- Add the avocado flesh, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss and serve with zucchini noodles.
