Meet Pardis, Our New Fitness Trainer at Pure Vibe

Known as “The little beast from the Middle East” I was born in Persia then raised in Rotterdam, Holland and then moved to Vancouver in 2004. As a child I fell in love with dance and chose to broaden my skill set with different genres from hip hop, ballet, jazz, salsa, popping, and breakdancing. Over the years I have competed in many talent shows, worked for special events, music videos, and made it to the finals of the TV Show “So You Think You Can Dance Canada”. In addition I have always had a huge passion for fitness and sports such as; basketball, kickboxing, weight lifting yoga and calisthenics.

The rewarding feeling I get from helping others achieve their fitness and health goals drove my passion to becoming a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. It is my honor to transform each client’s outlook, health and life for the better. I truly believe an active and healthy lifestyle is the answer and natural remedy to longevity and will not only help strengthen you physically but mentally as well. The fact that most people use “time” as an excuse to not make their fitness a priority saddens me which is what attracted me to Pure Vibe Fitness Studio because it offers such an incredible solution and valuable experience in a fun motivating environment while catering to all levels guaranteeing results.
