Plies!! What can I say? I’m a dancer. I love how plies work your inner thighs and glutes especially. Nothing like a plie hold at 30+ hz.

My favourite time to teach is for my Saturday morning fitness classes. I love it when vibers are in early, first thing on a weekend to break a sweat and do good for themselves.

What does being a Viber mean to you?
To me being a Viber means being part of a community focused on overall wellness. We are all here for self improvement, but working together and contributing to the group energy that further motivates us all.
Which WBV (whole body vibration) benefit are you most passionate about and why?
I’m most passionate about how much WBV increases core strength. Our core is so integral to the rest of body in both physical exercise and daily life. It supports our spine/posture and balance. I love how everything we do on a gravity resistance machine works our core in some way.

I want to be able to Dom’ s entire extreme class without tapping out even once.
Favourite compliment to VIBES?
Hot yoga! I think the long holds on poses is a good balance with Vibe’s HIIT training. it also makes me sweat more in everything I do, so if you stand by me in class.. Watch out.
Favourite Vibe Mantra:
“You’ll live ;)”
What inspires you in a Viber?
The Viber that always gives their best no matter what. Whether they are the viber that is super fit and push themselves to their edge, or the viber recovering from an injury and modifies exercises to push through. I am inspired when Vibers put in genuine effort in their class and try to make positive changes in their lives.
What is your top vibe-training tip?
SMILE! The best thing you can do when you’re having a tough time is make the conscious effort to be positive. We love the results, let’s also learn to love the process.
