  • 5 x 2 Donkey Kicks on each leg
  • 50 x Glute Bridge (lie on your back, knees bent, raise hips keeping back straight and butt tight when raising)
  • 25 x 2 Lunges on each leg.

Tips:

  1. Make sure your spine is always straight.
  2. Tighten butt when lifting legs.
