Superfood Spring Detox Smoothie (Vegan, Gluten Free, Sugar Free)

This detoxingly delicious green smoothie is the perfect recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping your blood sugar levels balanced with lots of plant based whole foods.

Organic Ingredients:

  • Filtered water, 2 cups
  • Green Apple
  • Orange, 1 small sized
  • Grapefruit, ½ small sized
  • Maca powder, 2 teaspoons
  • Chia seeds, 1 teaspoon
  • Hemp seeds, 1 teaspoon
  • Spinach, 2 large handfuls
  • Kale, 1 large handful
  • Celery, 1 rib chopped
  • Stevia, to taste


  1. Combine water, apple, orange, grapefruit, maca, hemp and chia seeds in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add spinach, kale and celery. Blend again. Enjoy! This recipe makes 2 servings.
