We’ve found that with the right knowledge, a little experience, patience and a positive attitude towards your physical growth and success incorporating a new fitness routine into your life is a breeze!

Top Tips for New Vibers

  • Start by emailing the studio @ info@purevibe.ca to book your Beginner Class so you can learn how to safely and effectively use the machine and maximize results. All of our classes are taught in a small group environment with a specialized trainer delivering an efficient and effective 20-minute program that targets the entire body! You can’t get it wrong in our classes. Our trainers can help modify any exercise to your fitness level to ensure you get the most out of your class.
  • Be sure to schedule at least 3-4+ classes a week. The momentum caused by doing classes close together is key for building up your fitness, recovery and motivation towards your health and fitness goals.
  • Lower the intensity level on your whole body vibration machine as you ease into your classes. You can increase the level as you get fitter and stronger which will happen quickly!
  • Watch the trainer leading your class to ensure you have proper form and alignment. This will prevent injuries and ensure you are training safely and getting the most out of your workout.
  • Book your classes at least one week in advance to develop a routine and ensure you get your preferred classes. We have a free app and platform on our website that allow you to schedule your workouts at your convenience with no booking restrictions. Treat your workouts like important meetings and prioritize them in your schedule!
  • Determine your goals and familiarize yourself on our website with the variety of classes we offer. During your Beginner Class, we will customize a personalized program just for you that incorporates the type of classes that deliver the results you are seeking!
