This is your unique opportunity to have one-on-one attention from both studio owners. We will get to know you and your health and fitness goals and train you on how to use the machine safely and effectively before we take you through a Vibe Fitness Class so you know exactly what to expect.

Wellness fitness class

Vibe Wellness

Intensity: 40%

A low impact and gentle stretch class designed for seniors or Vibers with severe injuries. Incorporates yoga, massage and meditation to reduce stress and improve mobility in your joints, flexibility, balance, coordination, circulation and overall wellbeing.

Vibe Flow

Intensity: 60%

A power yoga class with a strong emphasis on improving core strength, balance and flexibility while tightening and toning your body, burning fat and raising your metabolic rate.

Pure Vibe Barre Class

Vibe Barre

Intensity: 60%

This class combines dance, barre and Pilates while targeting the lower body and core specifically designed for Vibers that feel overwhelmed with cardio and upper body work. Also a good solution for Vibers with wrist, shoulder and neck injuries. No cardio, no upper body.

Intensity: 80%

During our Vibe Fitness Classes we specialize in HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and address all six pillars of optimal health: cardio, strength, power, athleticism, balance and flexibility. It is the ultimate class to address all your fitness needs while strengthening and toning all 640+ muscles in your body, boosting your metabolism, burning fat, accelerating weight loss and improving core strength.

Do you like to go hard and fast dripping buckets of sweat? If so this fun, high energy ultimate HIIT Class is for you! Ideal for heart health and torching stubborn belly fat while lifting your mood and delivering a 72 hour after burn effect!

Your gym concept has given many of us older women the chance to stay strong and flexible at a time in our lives where we would be intimidated by going to a gym where we had to figure out how to use the equipment or would give up after a while, as has been the case with me. It's the most fun group class I've ever done. The instructors are all in amazing shape which is a testament to the power of whole body vibration therapy. The owners have done a really great job creating a community environment and they greet everyone by name and are VERY supportive and encouraging. Since training at Pure Vibe over the past seven months I have lost an amazing 38 lbs but it's a lot more than the number, I feel stronger and leaner than I ever have before... The Barre Class with Pardis is excellent. It is challenging and hard in a good way. Who knew you could sweat so much when you’re not doing cardio and the movements are very slow and controlled?! I really enjoy the class, I get a great workout and I learn better techniques.

I run and practice yoga, but I could feel that I needed to increase my cardio, power and strength but didn't have time to spend over an hour at the gym and that is when I discovered Pure Vibe. What I love is how convenient it is to zip in for a 20-minute class before or after my yoga or run. I have not only gotten stronger, but I have increased my endurance and speed when I run.
