Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
- 4 teaspoons hemp oil
- 2 teaspoons pink Himalayan sea salt
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Mix seeds in a bowl with the oil and salt. Spread the seeds evenly as a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 45-minutes, giving them a stir halfway through. Take out of the oven when they are golden brown.
