Aimee why are you so passionate about sharing the VIBE with your friends and family and how has it helped you?
I have always been committed to keeping fit, but 1 1/2 years ago I injured my hip and had to stop running. I thought that joining a gym and going to classes would be a comparable substitute, but found that I never got to the gym because I couldn’t manage to carve out the 1 1/2 hours I needed to get to the class, change, and return to work. I tried working out at home, but didn’t have the discipline to make that work. A friend mentioned that she had done a class and it was great, so I gave it a try. I immediately felt muscles used that I hadn’t used in years.
A year later, I feel stronger than I have in years. Although my hip injury persists, and will until I have surgery, the workouts at PureVibe keep my body symptom-free. I can easily fit in a workout 5 days/week because it takes less than 1/2 an hour (or just over 30 minutes for an extreme), perfect for my busy schedule. I find the trainers motivate me to go way beyond any workout that I would do on my own, and I love the vibration, both during the workout and after for stretching.
I wanted to share PureVibe with my friends and family both for what it has done for me and to help Dominica and Elgan grow their business. I’ve gone to gyms before, but I have never experienced the passion and determination to see their clients succeed that I see with them. It’s a business that I want to see thrive, just as the men and women who continue to use Pure Vibe have thrived.
