Ingredients:
2 tsp chia seeds
½ to ¾ cup coconut water
½ cup chopped cucumber
1 cup frozen, chopped zucchini
1 cup organic, baby spinach
1 scoop vegan protein powder (such as Sunwarrior or Vega)
2 tsp almond butter
1 tsp maca powder
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or glass, stir the chia seeds into the coconut water and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put all the other smoothie ingredients into the blender.
- Pour the chia/gel into the blender.
- Blend till smooth and thick. Add more coconut water if more liquid is needed.
- Enjoy!
