Increase your Self-Love and Health with Gratitude

The struggle ends where gratitude begins.

In a world where the media and corporations are sending out messages that make you believe you aren’t good enough and need to constantly buy and do more…self-love is your SUPER-POWER. Gratitude is one of the simplest ways to boost confidence and experience more self-love.

What you focus on grows. Where is your gratitude currently focused? Most people have had some experience with a yoga practice that involves feeling grateful for love in your life, nature, music and experiences that have happened. If you’re already doing this, that’s great! This is a seriously healthy practice that is backed by science to make you happier and less stressed.

The key to feeling more self-love through gratitude is simple. Put yourself on your gratitude list. Most people find it easy to think of other people they love, but often forget to put themselves on their list. What are some of the things you love most about yourself?

SUPER-CHARGE your self-love with gratitude.

Linking gratitude to self-love is easy. By just thinking and feeling consciously grateful about those areas in your life, you can improve on them and attract more of it. Self-love works the same way!

Focus in on YOU and feel more self-love. Some of the areas you can be grateful for YOU:

  • Your kindness towards your-self
  • Your kindness towards others
  • A favourite body part you love
  • How strong willed you are
  • A success or win from the day
  • Your work ethic
  • How good it feels to make healthy choices
  • Getting a good night’s sleep
  • Making it to VIBES

Anything that makes your feel good about YOU goes on this list.

“In order to grow, we must first believe we’re whole.” Juansen Dizon

The benefits of gratitude go beyond self-love, it benefits every system in your body. Dr. Mercola’s blogshares a quote from a brain and mind health expert, Dr. P Murali Doraiswamy. He said, “If thankfulness were a drug, it would be the world’s best-selling product with a health maintenance indication for every major organ system.”

Practicing gratitude has been linked to improve sleep, enhance fitness results, reduce stress, better heart health, more balanced hormones and an increase in self-care abilities.

Feeling good has never been so good for you! If you don’t have a gratitude practice, start one. If you already do, make sure you’re on the list and enjoy feeling more self-love.
